- SB21 Pulse – an online diagnostic assessment to inform the development, implementation, ongoing evaluation, and achievement of the organizational vision and strategic plan.
- LS2020 Online Professional Learning Network (PLN) – a WebCrossing Community to promote sustained engagement in collegial discourse, exchange of ideas, support and networking.

LS2020 Three-course “PD to Graduate Degree” Series
The LeaderShift 2020 professional learning series provides prospective and practicing educational leaders throughout the globe with a comprehensive and sustained 9-credit graduate level course sequence designed to foster the instructional leadership essential to promote modern schooling and, in turn, best prepare our students for their life and work in this unprecedented, complex and complicated world. Courses can be completed for both professional development and/or graduate credit. The LeaderShift 2020 digital resource represents the next generation in textbooks. Unlike traditional textbooks, LeaderShift 2020 provides a comprehensive, timely and interactive professional learning resource that is regularly updated to reflect the current trends, research, and best practices in the promotion of modern teaching, learning, and assessment.
The Leadershift 2020 digital resource is uniquely designed to inform individual or “LeaderShfit” teams, and guide them through the development, implementation and, ultimately, achievement of a visionary strategic plan.
The LeaderShift 2020 resource was designed using the iBook Author application on the Apple platform. We have exported the resource in a variety of different file formats with the goal of providing a common user experience, regardless of the device and operating system used to engage with the resource. With that being said, it is very difficult to replicate the user experience of the Apple iBook platform across non-Apple devices.
LS2020 PLN
The LS2020 PLN provides busy, in-demand passionate modern teacher and school leaders an innovative platform to engage in sustained collegial discourse, exchange of ideas, and networking. Specifically, the LS2020 PLN offers individuals and “LeaderShift” teams a seamless, job-embedded means to share thoughts, ideas, and challenges regarding the promotion of modern teaching, learning, and assessment practices, as well as the key pillars, elements, and indicators that define the modern learning organization.
